We assist you in searching for and arranging travel bookings. The actual transport or accommodation is provided by the airline, hotel, or supplier, subject to their own terms and conditions. Tickets are issued under our ARC accreditation, ARC No. 31600634.

3. Pricing and Fees

• Fares shown are subject to availability and can change until the booking is confirmed and paid.
• Our service or booking fees, if any, are disclosed before you confirm.
• Taxes and airline-imposed charges may apply and are shown before payment.

4. Bookings and Payment

• By confirming a booking, you authorize us and/or our payment processor to charge the total amount shown.
• You are responsible for providing accurate passenger and contact details.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID), meeting all entry requirements, and arriving on time. We are not liable for denied boarding due to missing or incorrect documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

We act strictly as an intermediary and are not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of airlines or other suppliers, or for events outside our control (weather, strikes, schedule changes). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the service fees you paid to us.

8. Intellectual Property

Airline names and logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the services we can book. This does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
